~...Her attempt at keeping herself and Cassandra together forever had been thwarted by Thomas who, on that fateful day, had knocked the chalice from her hand before she too could drink the poisoned wine. She was not whole anymore, she was empty, cold and alone, left with a grief she could bear no longer. She knew the only way she could stop this pain was to be with her beloved twin and soulmate again. As the steel wheels thundered at breakneck speed toward her, she knew it would be over soon, and as the seconds ticked by Cassandra had come to her, to take them both to that place they would be together for all eternity...~
The composition of this piece is superb. I love the way the lines draw the eye into the work, and the illumination of the train at the end holds the attention without dominating the work. I am in awe of your talent, this is fantastic.
Lol...im a sucker for symmetry and lines that draw ones eye to focus on whats truly happening but giving depth to the piece and still allowing the eyes to wander out of that focus and take in all the other elements within the piece.
