~ They looked across the water at the elegant structure. It was the largest they had observed so far and like all the others was either very new or very well preserved. Yet it was totally devoid of any signs of life.
APD/CMS (Automatic Plot Device Counter Measures System) had been ticking over since they had landed, yet it showed no readings.
There were no life forms of any type, not even microbes. The only movement in this strange place were the soft ripples in the water and the glowing orb inside the arch of the main building. It seemed to be breathing as if it had a life of its own.
Who had built it and why? Where were they?

An uneasy feeling was growing in them. In this frame of mind, even the nebula that lit the dark sky seemed more like an eye staring at them, a brooding, malevolent eye.

Dare they continue to explore or should they trust their instincts and depart this seemingly uninhabited planet….~
